After our January thaw, it got cold again! Grandma said it was cold enough that we could pack the Ground Hog Day cookies for mailing.

Three days after Christmas, we had snow and a pretty sunrise! The next day, we had even more snow!

Our Christmas tree stayed in the garage until two weeks ago. That Saturday, Grandma and Grandpa brought it in and set it up in the living room.

On the day after Thanksgiving, we had some snow on the ground. There wasn’t enough to make driving a problem, so Grandma said it was a good time to go shopping for our Reverse Advent Calendar.

This time of year, a lot of my adventures depend on the weather. The first snow melted, but more is coming. When it’s dry and on the warmer side, there are still things to do outside. If it’s sunny but cold, we enjoy the sunshine from inside!

We had rain on Halloween! My pride waited for trick or treaters by the front window, but only two boys came!

It’s a rainy, chilly day, today! Grandpa’s rain gauge says we’ve had over an inch of rain today. That’s the most we’ve had in one day since Grandpa got the rain gauge this summer!
