Hi, everyone!
We had a week of unsettled weather, but that didn’t stop me from showing La Vache all my favorite places on Kauai!
On Monday, we had a very busy day! At noontime, we went to the Sunshine Market. La Vache and I waited right up front for the market master to open the market! Continue reading “Aloha, La Vache!”

Aloha from Kauai Again!
Hi, everyone!
Grandma and Grandpa told me to put on my aloha shirt, because we are going to Hawaii again! I got to see my ladybug friend at the Rochester airport before we got on our first flight. After our second flight, we were in Los Angeles, but we still had one more flight to go! It took all day, but we finally got to Kauai — exactly the same place we stayed two years ago! Continue reading “Aloha from Kauai Again!”
Here We Snow Again!
Hi, everyone!
Grandma’s Christmas cactus is getting prettier and prettier! Right now, it’s just blooming on one side, so we can see all the blossoms at once! Continue reading “Here We Snow Again!”
A New Year!
Hi, everyone!
After Christmas, there was still more to celebrate! On New Years Eve, Moose-san and EUS and I got to stay up late to welcome the New Year. EUS decided that he wanted to start going on adventures with Grandma Sue-san, so I said goodbye before he left. Then a few days later, my friend Rudy invited me to a party at Papa Dick-san and Grandma Sue-san’s house. I had a good time seeing lots of my friends and listening to Rudy sing! Continue reading “A New Year!”
A Very James Christmas!
Hi, everyone!
Last Saturday, it really started to seem like Christmas was coming. Grandpa got the Christmas tree out of the garage to put it up. Guess what? The water in the bin around the tree was frozen! Grandpa had to break it up with a hammer before we could put the stand on the tree. EUS and I helped Grandpa make sure the tree was standing up straight, then we unwound the baling string. Continue reading “A Very James Christmas!”
A Snowy Weekend!
Hi, everyone!
The wet snow we had at Thanksgiving all melted off the next week. But now we’re having very cold weather and lots of new snow! The lights on the apple trees look really nice in the snow! Continue reading “A Snowy Weekend!”
Into Winter
Hi, everyone!
We’re getting ready for winter and the holidays now! I let Kitty-san and EUS know about the things we do to remember Uncle Bill, like putting lights on the apple trees and decorating the Christmas tree at church. Grandma and Grandpa got new lights to put on the apple trees, and Kitty-san and EUS and I helped Grandma put them on. Continue reading “Into Winter”
Treats, Treats, Treats!
Hi, everyone!
The leaves are really falling now! After Grandma and Grandpa made the first big leaf piles in Fairport, I took EUS and Kitty-san out to play in the leaves. Some of the maple leaves are the same colors we are, so we had to be careful not to get lost! Continue reading “Treats, Treats, Treats!”
Pies, Pies, Pies!
Hi, everybody!
I’ve been busy showing Kitty-san around Grandma and Grandpa’s neighborhood. Grandma took us to my favorite pumpkin patch, at Powers Farm Market. There are pumpkins in lots of colors! Kitty-san and I got to sit in the hay wagon in between hayrides, then we visited the animals. Continue reading “Pies, Pies, Pies!”
Apples, Apples, Apples!
Hi everyone!
Even more of the trees are turning color now, and we have lots of leaves falling out of the trees. The apples are getting ripe, too, and I had a very apple week! Last Sunday, the Young Families from Grandma and Grandpa’s church came out to Sodus to pick apples at Crackerbox Palace (Alasa Farms). I got to see my friends Lyla and Nina and Patrick and Lily and Hannah again! Continue reading “Apples, Apples, Apples!”
