Hi, everyone!
For Mothers Day, Uncle David’s family and Uncle Steven’s family sent Grandma flowers! Uncle Steven’s flowers came as a “do it yourself” bouquet, so I helped Grandma make it. Continue reading “Azaleas and Peonies and Projects! (and another water level report)”
Hi, everyone!
Since May Day, the water in Lake Ontario and Sodus Bay has been getting even higher! Last Sunday, the water was covering the decking next to and in the boat house. The snow was warming up and I got wet playing in it. It felt good to dry off in my sunbeam inside afterwards! Continue reading “Travel Dinner … and Signs of Spring!”
Hi, everyone!
When I got back from my trip, I thought spring was here. I was wrong! Right after the first snowdrops bloomed, we had some snow! Then it melted, but two Wednesdays ago we had a big windstorm. Continue reading “Weather Wednesdays!”
Hi, everyone!
The last two days we were in Florida, it rained part of each day! We went to the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum to stay dry. There were displays of lots of pretty shells. I didn’t know scallop shells came in so many colors! Continue reading “Maybe Spring?”
