When we woke up this morning it was so foggy outside that we could hardly see the lake right in front of the cottage. Joe-San said it would be raining most of the day. What could we do on a rainy day in Elk Rapids?First, I decided to check out my blog on the computer here. I think this is a neat Lion-San blog! Do you like it too? It is fun to share all of my adventure stories with other people like this!
Then, we decided to go to the library. I found some very interesting books to read there!
I practiced the organ when we got back to the cabin this afternoon. Did you know you play the organ with all your paws? It’s true. The organ looks like a piano, with keys to play the notes of a song, but it has pedals, too, for the feet to push. I needed help to reach the pedals, but played the notes to make music all by myself!
When the rain stopped, Joe-San, Papa Dick-San and I went down to the beach to play some beach bocce together. It was fun to play outside again!
This is me with my friends on the beach after playing beach bocce. Papa Dick-San says that we will all be buddies forever.
Tonight, I helped Joe-San and Nancy-San pack to go home tomorrow. It is sad to leave Elk Rapids after so much fun, but I will be glad to see you again, Grandma!
